If i would have a complaint these are the 2. The drill quill doesn't stay to the top. Not a big deal, but its a bit of a nuisance when your setting up the work. There is probably an adjustment to keep this from happening, but i haven't researched it. I never stalled the motor nor did I try to force it and find the limit, but it does seem to strain a bit more than I expected. Overall, the drill is a quality unit. Well made and came with a assortment of annular cutters, cooling solution and works like it should. It was a good investment. Made in the U.S.A which is important

Spent several days drilling and tapping close to 100 holes into structural beams, not having reverse made this very difficult so i ended up using a hand drill to tap, I also drilled 50 holes with the included bits and some good drilling oil and it held up like a champ. The magnet did release twice but this was mostly due to excessive metal shavings stuck to the magnet as well as drilling too quick so most likely user error. All in all the swivel base and included Chuck were very high quality. It got the job done. The only other flaw I wasn't too happy with was the lever to release the swivel would not tighten or release with the annular cutters, the lever just hit into the machine. I didn't see a way to correct this but I'll probably take a second look at it when I have the time.

This thing has sped up productivity. Even though it is more expensive than the rest, it is a much better kit. It's nice to have a drill I can depend on to get the job done everytime.

Great! Much improved from my 30 year old model. It does the job with ease. Cut 1500 holes in 1/4" galvanized plate for a conveyor system. Right out of the box I drilled 150 holes 5/8" fast and effortless.

After using a magnetic drill many years ago, I had a bad impression of them. Insanely heavy and poor magnetic power made positioning them precisely very difficult. So with some trepidation, I ordered this one. Suffice it to say my mind was blown. First off the Anular cutters are incredible. Secondly the drill is not very heavy at all. And was fairly easy to position in place right off. Never mind that after the magnet is turned on, you can still adjust it via the swivel base. The magnet is super strong and never budges while cutting holes.
