This is easy to use and the quality is decent, however I recommend putting your bagels in the fridge first so it can harden beforehand or it will not work, it will just smash your bagel. Other than that it works well. I would also recommend using a brush to clean the product or you will cut your fingers.

This thing is basically a bagel smasher. I have not been able to cut one bagel evenly or without smashing it even after carefully placing it in the holder. It smashes and cuts unevenly. I have to find another alternative for cutting my bagels as this was not it.

I tried this immediately and my bagel was smashed rather than cut. I still had to cut it by hand.

This item would not cut a bagel. It would smash the top of the bagel instead of cutting it. I sent it back.
