Ordered item for Christmas. First hoverboard charged, but would not work when taken off charger. Requested exchange, but took 2 weeks to receive the new one. Once we received the new one, you could clearly tell that this item was previously used. Only thing new looking was the tires. Fully charged the product, but when daughter went to use it, battery died less then 20 mins of her being on it inside the house. Requested a refund for the item and will go with a completely different brand. Very unhappy with this item and experience.

I have purchased this item multiple times. Every single time it has had issues with calibration. The first time I purchased this hoverboard it stopped working after less than a week. The second time it randomly shut off on me while driving at 10MPH. Got badly injured from that one. Then the most recent time, out of the box they sent me a clearly used unit when I purchased a new one. This unit has some issue with it where it would not charge at all and not operate after being unplugged.Overall, if you do get a new unit that works, it will likely only last a week or so before some sort of calibration issue starts to happen. The battery life on a working unit is great and the range is excellent. The actual top speed, according to the app, is about 17MPH. That was the highest I have been able to get one of these up to.It has lots of cool features, but do not sent out used units when I purchased a new one, and try to make the product more operational where it can last all season.

Purchased for grandson who is 7. It lasted about 10 minutes before falling apart. Literally, the board pulled apart into 2 pieces. Bummer on Christmas day! Amazon was great and shipped a new one immediately. 4 stars because the replacement has been great so far. He loves the lights and bluetooth enabled music.
