This was a gift for my 11-yr-old daughter to replace her previous hoverboard (different manufacturer). The previous one had terrible battery life and would beep incessantly. Complaining that it needed to be charged regardless of how much it had been. Super frustrating.This one does none of that. It comes off the charger as it should, ready to go, and lasts for at least an hour of pretty steady use. She loves it. It’s also quite stylish and sturdy as well. Sturdy enough for me, a 200+ lb man, to ride without trouble.

Bought 3 of these units with the Hover-1 Buggy Attachment. All of them needed constant recalibration. Which when using the buggy attachment is a pain. Basically, the units would beep when it needed recalibration. Well, they were beeping all the time. Kids were so annoyed.Also, turning them off was a huge pain. Half the time, the unit would not turn off with the buggy attachment on them. So, you have to hold the board and lift the unit up off the ground and press the power button to turn off. For me, not super hard. My kids hated that and called for me all the time to help them. This seems to happen when recalibration is needed. Did i mention you have to recalibrate all the time?Because of this, the kids barely rode them. But, even with little use, they all died on us. One vibrates when moving. A lot. So, that is useless and the others make some beeping sound (different then the recalibrate) and turns off.Anyway, i could see if one was bad. But, 3? This product is simple bad quality.I assume that if you just used them standing, the recalibration is not needed as much and easier. But, even so, the units will most likely die on you after some time and good luck getting warranty.

Bought this as a Christmas present and it came broken. The charging port was practically falling out of it. Amazon quickly provided a replacement and the new machine works great. Runs smoothly, has good battery life so far, and good speed. It fits with the Hover-1 concert attachment and my 8 year old loves riding it around the house.

I bought two, one for each of my kids, for Christmas. They absolutely loved them, but one stopped working within a week. It wouldn’t calibrate anymore. The other hoverboard never had a problem.I looked up the problem online and couldn’t fix it, so I contacted the company and gave them the details. They wrote back right away telling me that it didn’t sound like it could be repaired, so I could return it and Amazon would send me a new one. I set up the return, shipped out the broken one, and got the replacement a few days later.I hate dealing with returns and contacting customer support, but they were great. I could tell that the hoverboard I received as the replacement was a slightly updated version (still the same model). I’m not worried about any more problems, and the other one we had is still going strong. They are lots of fun, and my daughter rides hers everywhere!

I’ve had this hover board for about a year now and it has been lasting me long and works great It is really fast and it charges quickly. The acceleration rate is very fast compared to most hoverboards and out of every hover board. I’ve tried this one’s is my favorite.

My son who is about 90 lb runs it a lot and no issues. I am 220 lb and it holds me just fine - I was able to learn it fast, but use it only occasionally.

Bought this a while ago. The charger no longer works. I have tried to reach out to the vendor with no response. No after purchase support. All I want is to buy a new charger...

Honestly I saw the good reviews and was like "Oh sweet a great hoverboard" only to have my hopes/dreams/wallet shattered a week later when one side suddenly stopped working as well as the entire hover-1 support services since they wouldn't help me or return it. My mistake 100% but I hope you won't make the same mistake I did
