On the positive side, this clock looks great, ..... BUT ..... TOO BAD IT DOESN'T WORK RIGHT! Terrible customer service when trying to resolve my issues with their product! Unfortunately, what I've learned about this clock company makes me wish I'd done expanded due diligence BEFORE I made my purchase. I recommend you do your homework BEFORE you make your decision to buy!!!!!

With some grandfather clocks going for more than $2500.00, this particular clock is a prize. We wanted an old styled, but internally modern "tall" grandfather clock for our law offices in NY and we got it. It came packaged very well, delivered on time and took literally 10 minutes to set it up. We re very happy with this purchase. Highly recommended!
