Clock arrived in perfect condition and delivery men went above and beyond. It was VERY EASY to assemble and only took a few minutes to get working. I recommend watching the assembly video Howard Miller has on youtube. I had a fella coming to get it up and going but after watching the video, I did it myself in a few minutes and saved a couple hundred dollars!! Couldnt be happier with my purchase. I am about 5'5 so you can see how tall it is in the picture.The Quality is superb and you will not be disappointed!

This clock has been to the second accurate the many years I’ve owned it. I’ve never had to level it with the included floor level cleats , it’s just made that well. Sound from the chimes is clear and tuned perfectly . Originally I had in a Victorian home with 10 foot ceilings , filled the home with sound. Now in a home with lower ceiling , not overpowering with tone at all. The night off feature is nice for young children or guests that may be startled by the chime. One week wind is nice too. Very good finish, durable with five kids, basketballs and hot wheels have all bounced off this clock with no issues. Loved the non traditional look, but not too modern. You will be happy.
