I ordered the black toner cartridge as I got messages that toner is low. It took a white because it was very close to holiday time when I ordered. Once I got it it took 2 minutes to install it and start using it. Got it out of box. Took the old one out of cartridge slot. Put the new one in. Responded yes to the message that a new toner cartridge was detected and do I trust it. That was it. Started using it with no problems. Ease of installation and Good print quality guaranteed.

It's a Toner cartidge, what more can I say. IYKYK. As long as it doesn't come in damaged you know what you bought. Would recommend.

It last me a long time. I would say almost 2 months and I do a lot of printing between contracts and other papers. I recommend the X because it has more toner.Very easy to change the toner if you have never done it

I am sure the product is fine but the short return window is terrible. The toner was purchased as backup for a printer that sucks and we had to buy a different printer.... now I am stuck with $100 loss for toner I can't use because everything is proprietary. The window for returning a perfectly good and unused item should be longer.
