These 20 tapes came in an HP branded box and each set of five tapes was separately packaged in smaller HP branded boxes. These tapes were not going to be damaged in shipping, which is better than some other HP packing materials I have seen.Each tape worked as I expected. Everything was individually wrapped just as I would expect for a new product. I have had no errors thus far, though I have not had a chance to record something on every tape. Each tape came with two peel-off labels, so I have plenty of labels for these new tapes. Thank you, Media A2Z, for providing a good product to me for less than HP was willing to sell it to me.

I've been using HP LTO5 tapes for a few years now along with my HP 24-tape autoloaders and I have found nothing but overall success.

Nous avons commandé 6 bandes de ce type. Elles nous ont été vendues par Amazon. Nous en possédions déjà plusieurs avant. Ce qui nous a d'abord frappé, c'est que l'écriture ne va jamais jusqu'au bout. De plus, notre lecteur nous demande un nettoyage à chaque passage d'une de ces bandes. Nous avons également comparé l'aspect extérieur qui parait bien plus grossier et moins bien fini que nos autres bandes (jointure mal finie...).Comment peut-on être en contact avec Amazon pour les retourner ?
