I have used HP Printers since 1990 and have discovered to get the best performance you need to use and pay the price for original HP replacement cartridges and maintenance kits. I tried to purchase this HP fuser kit in Retail Packaging, as I have in the past. At first I clicked on the Amazon supplier that was the default lowest price, I received a China knock-off in bulk packaging, NOT HP. That was returned and so I went back and chose the next supplier. This time I emailed the supplier to ensure I would receive what was described a "HP product in retail packaging". The reply was super fast and ensured me that was what I would receive, WRONG. I received the same China knock-off that I had received from the previous Amazon supplier. I am done, I returned the second fuser and ordered my replacement fuser kit from my reliable source for printer cartridges, although $40 more expensive, but at least I know that I will receive what I want! I am not going to publish the two suppliers names because I feel that this will not get posted, but my recommendation is to stay away if you want "HP Color Laser Jet Fuser Kit 110V, Model CE484A in HP Retail Packaging".
