It's a great machine and saves more than it costs. As an architect, my time is valuable and having this printer saves me hours of running to the print shop. Delivers excellent quality B&W and color prints. Great machine.

Works well and quickly. Only drawback is that it uses dye inks rather than the more stable pigment inks.

The plotter arrived on time, quick shipping, and was easy to set up. It arrived with only two out of the four ink cartridges required. After getting new ink it works well. Will be used mainly for 24"x 36" civil plans, and some maps.

if you don't need a plotter any larger than 24" this is a great one. Easy to use.

Bought on 01/06/2020, use it on several projects, print out good, but suddenly the printer stopped working try to solve the problem, contact HP, I found out that the warranty expires???!!

No aconsejo este plotter a nadie.Cartuchos carísimos y además no deja imprimir cuando se acabe la tinta de sólo uno de ellos.He probado con una marca de cartuchos compatibles y bajo ningún concepto, tras 15 intentos reiniciando la impresora, los reconoce (esta marca jamás me ha dado un problema de compatibilidad con otras impresoras HP).Da fallos en las actualizaciones y te deja la impresora sin instalar, fuera de servicio.No se la aconsejo a nadie. No cometan mi error. 645€ tirados a la basura. Su relación coste/mantenimiento es prohibitivo. Hay que comprar sí o sí cartucho originales HP.

Il venditore si è dimostrato affidabile, veloce e puntuale. La stampante è arrivata in un ottimo imballaggio. La uqlità di stampa HP non si discute. Da consigliare per un utilizzo professionale.
