Worked like a champ for a few months. Then the cutting mechanism stopped working and have to slide it by hand to cut pages. You would think HP would stand behind such an expensive product for more than a year, but they told me sorry. Your warranty ended a few days ago too bad there is nothing we can do. You can pay for repairs. Gee thanks HP. Never again.

Good scanning, good printing. Was disappointed to find out it couldn't scan directly to the PC, but scanning to a shared file isn't too much of a workaround in most cases.

Never worked properly from day it arrived. Now after little use spewing ink everywhere and "Needing a new printhead". Another $500 into this piece of JUNK. I think NOT. HP ... Please come and take it out of my office !! I don't want it to clutter the landfill !

2 other users have posted their negative experience reviews for this machine and what they describe has been our experience at my office as well. The machine, mid print job, will stop cutting or rotate the image or simply malfunction & lock itself into the "spinning wheel" mode on the control panel. Do not buy this machine without a discounted service/ warranty contract, it will eat you alive in fees.
