I have always used HP printers over the years despite the high cost of toner cartridges. I donated an old HP laser printer and replaced it with this one. The old one was hit or miss on print commands, but this one has worked quickly, seamlessly, and consistently with my current operating system of Windows 10. I like the bottom drawer feed, and the envelope feed for printing envelopes with address's, making them easy to read. Before it was plug and pray, but now it's plug and play. Competitively price compared to other brick and mortar office supply stores.

Great printer, doesn't jam, clear printing. Very easy to set up. Does not do 2 sided printing Good value. We print high volume in our household. Recommend highly.

Trying to find a wireless printer, old school, plug and play was painful! This printer was the perfect find. Easy to use. Plug and play. Prints all, pretty fast. Just need to buy a printer cord, none included. Toners crazy expensive....but that's how is goes. This printer worked perfectly, out of the box and ready to add and use!

Worked ok at first. Printed fast, but the toner smudged. Had to reduce the pages per minute to fix that issue. Now after 15 months of moderate usage, the paper only feeds halfway into the printer and then stops... I'm switching to Brother printers

The printer it self is fast and the print quality is very good. However, The first toner cartridge is nearing replacement. I just found out that HP considers it a business printer. It is not eligible for their Instant Ink program. Instead, they offered me an All in One program, which requires the purchase of a new printer. HP makes quality equipment, but its consumer support is sometimes frustrating.

Finally had to retire my HP 1019 laser printer. This is a great new printer that prints cleanly and quickly and is even able to be connected to my home network, so my laptop and my wife's computer have access to it!

This used HP Laser Jet Pro 4001n printer looked like new. Ink cartridge was also included. Setup was easy following instructions. My old HP7800 desktop that was wire connected to the printer recognized it right away, and was able to print out without any software installation. My Lenovo Chromebook auto detected the printer and could print wirelessly from about twelve feet away. So far so good!

Works great after setup.. a note that when trying to Airprint from an Iphone, make sure your IOS is up to date and the firmware of the printer is current... sometimes you may have to disable your VPN on the Iphone in order to print
