I am almost through NP school and I cannot live without these books! They keep me organized, are quick to reference and easily fit in a lab coat pocket. I use it for every patient to reference my exam needs and document my findings. These books are invaluable to me. I bought this for myself when I was a nurse practitioner student, and now I buy it for my students, and they love it, as I did! Keeps all of your charting very focused, and organized.As we all know, students have to transfer this information into their logs for schooling and this handy lil record keeper makes it very easy to do so.

I am an NP student and have found these notebooks helpful to keep me focused when with patients. Unfortunately it drives me crazy that the writing on the front cover comes off. Like just smudges right off. I carry it around all day. It looks gross and not classy at all that the words are rubbing off. Not the worst thing in the world. I will buy more but I don't like it and it makes it look poor quality. I included a picture and this is after I tried to just take all the writing off with an alcohol wipe which of course somehow doesn't work. It's like the heat of your hands that makes it melt off or something.

This is a great tool if you are beginning rotations. It helps organize your interview and make sure you don't miss important parts of the history i.e. ROS, SH, FH. Over time it helps you memorize the flow of the patient encounter but is still a helpful tool to organize the information you receive. You will need a sharp pen to use it I recommend a 0.38 or 0.5. overall great product

I love this H&P notebook - the templates have helped me to be so efficient and seem knowledgable when asking patients questions and presenting to the team of attendings and residents. I've had several upper year students and even residents and attendings tell me how useful the book is. Great buy for 3rd year medical students starting clerkships to get used to how to interview the right way!
