I love the design and the leather cover of the notebook. The condensed ROS portion helps me save space but also helps me to make sure that I don’t miss any pertinent positives or negatives. This notebook also has 110 templates while most of the other H&P notebooks on Amazon only have 100 templates at most. I also really like how the templates are all on one page. That way when I tear a page to take with me or to protect PHI it doesn’t affect the other templates.

The cover is nice and seems like it will hold up well. But the edges are scraped up and the back page is crumpled so it looks beat up before Ive even started using it. I expected it to be in better condition for the price, but its still usable. If you're a perfectionist like me, the beat up edges might drive you crazy too.

I loved this little notebook. It was the perfect size for me to take H&P and write an abbreviated SOAP for patients during my clinical rotations. I felt more organized using it and believed it was easy to use and track my patients for the day. Great value for the money and a quality piece. I purchased another after using the pages up!

Definitely recommend this notebook for any student starting clinical rotations! It has an excellent template for making sure that I never forget to ask any important questions to my patients. I also love that this notebook has such open formatting. A lot of other notebooks don't have enough space and I feel that the design of the template allows me to be flexible with the amount of space that I need for different parts of the patient's history. Also bonus, the ruler inside is helpful!

The print is damn near microscopic. Maybe size 5 font.. if that. It’s also a tight fit in a lab coat pocket. I should have returned it

PA student here and H&P notebooks make clinicals just a *little* easier, especially when you need a quick turnaround from exam to presenting a patient. I really liked that this one feels nice, is thick enough to actually support writing without a hard surface nearby, and it fits perfectly into the pocket of my white coat (from Medelita, if that helps)
