This replacement part is the best and easiest one to install. It took about 15 minutes. I would recommend this over any hardware store.

this switched worked perfectly to replace the switch on my Hampton Bay 3 speed ceiling fan. I kept the original, and matched the position of the wires on the new one with old one, as the colors do not match.

Was a good replacement for the old switch when the pull chain broke. Only thing is, it doesn't come with and wiring diagram or instructions
