Water resistant enough to house wiring/switches and excess wiring. One houses three landscape lighting setups wiring and the other takes care of Govee string light set ups. Attached to masonry wall with fender washers and Klein anchors and hardware. Other is Gorilla Glued to foundation. Works fine for application.

I bought this to keep my GOVEE brick adapters safe from the elements. This box is well made and does the job, but it's a little small for the plug-in brick adapters. It holds one, maybe two, but you've got to be creative with the powerstrip you use for the box, it's got to be short (less than 10").

First let me say that this box is indeed waterproof. I just took down my yard decorations and when I opened the box it was bone dry and as clean as when I first got it. No dirt, leaf debris, nothing. Not a drop of water inside. We had multiple days of rain and one snow while it was being used. If you are getting water inside then either you have a damaged box or you just aren't using it correctly. I would suggest getting a larger size if you have more than 3 things to plug in. I was barely able to get my 3 yard inflatable plugs and cord to all fit inside. Definitely worth it and looks so much nicer than plugs and cables everywhere.

These water resistant (not waterproof) boxes work well. I bought them to shield small power blocks and extension cord connections from the weather. The equipment sits under cover but is occasionally subjected to heavy dust, sideways rain and scorching sun. The boxes keep the electrical gear clean, dry and secure. In addition these are inexpensive and therefore high value.

I wanted to find an outdoor weather resistant box that I could use to power a few security cameras. The size is perfect for a power brick and splitter. I've been using this for about 2 weeks. It's rained several times. This included a day with some torrential downpours. Everything remained dry. I'm impressed with the quality of the box and how well it is working. Time will tell if it can hold up to the sun in Michigan summers and the cold of Michigan winters. So far, I'm very happy with the box and purchase. I prefer the lighter color option, instead of just black that can get hot in the sun or white that will forever look dirty.

Ich hatte 2 bestellt und beide kamen pünktlich, sicher verpackt und unbeschädigt an. Ich bin begeistert von den Boxen. Sicherer Klappverschluss, man muss nichts aufstechen oder bohren um Leitungen einzuführen, die Boxen wirken robust und die Zugentlastungen halten bisher. Selbst die dünnen Leitungen von Weihnachtslichterketten werden gut umschlossen und "abgedichtet" (durch eine dünne Gummilippe im Deckel, die über das Unterteil gedrückt wird). Ich denke zwar nicht das es 100%ig Wasserdicht, oder gar nen Wasserstrahl aushalten würde, aber für unsere Zwecke (Außenbereich und unter einem kleinen Bretterunterstand) völlig ausreichend. Ist wirklich super einfach. Wir haben eine Zuleitung mit Kupplung, einen 2-fach Verteiler für die Kupplung und 2 Lichterkettenstecker dran. Da die Lichterketten "natürlich" diese Trafo-Stecker haben wird es zwar eng in der Box aber sie geht ohne etwas zu quetschen zu. Also alles gut. Ach ja: Es sind noch 2 Ersatz-Zugentlastungen mit dabei. Alle anderen sind bereits montiert. Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
