The tool does exactly what the manufacturer says it will do. The thin wall brass hollow rivets will curl over assuming you keep the tool exactly in line with the rivet and tap squarely with limited force. It will take about 5 to 8 blows with a small hammer. One or two blows will swell it out enough that the rivet will not pass back through the hole retaining it. Good Product recommended and fit for purpose.
