These are deep enough to hold two eggs without overflowing! I purchased a different brand previously that overflowed and would create a mess. I was delighted that these work! I have also used them to make pancakes and cornbread in. They both came out fantastic! I did spray a little bit of oil on them my second time making the eggs and then again for the pancakes and cornbread for easier cleaning. When using without oil for the eggs it’s wasn’t bad and had a tiny bit of eggs that stuck, but nothing too hard to clean out. I just liked the addition of the oil so they pop right out with ease. Great product and highly recommended.

These are are great for making baked pancakes. I also make sausage patties, little omelets, and hamburgers in the oven using these molds. Perfect size and shape to fit baked pancakes, regular hamburger buns or English muffins.

Got these to make sticky buns. They arrived with one pan stuck inside the other. After getting them apart, I had to poke around on them to get them to return to the proper shape.Even being silicone, I sprayed them before using as reviews are mixed on how easily silicone releases. The sticky buns I made were really sticky with tons of gooey sugar syrup - they slid right out.Clean up was a breeze.I did put them on a baking sheet as they are very floppy even when filled. They are hot for a while when they come out of the oven. 1 star deducted for how long they stayed hot.Glad I got them and would recommend.

Mols is flexible, so unmolding and washing easy. Good size for rationing and beautiful design for cake.
