I love this footrest and am very happy with it.I bought this footrest a year and a half ago and then one day it broke. I'm not sure what happened, just flipped it the wrong way and some plastic underneath broke. I wrote to the seller to replace it and they got right back to me. They asked me to send the old one, however I explained I had already thrown it away but told them what happened and they replaced it based on my word. I really appreciated the great customer service.In between I actually bought a different footrest thinking I might like a soft one instead. However, the soft one was too low. Also, the soft material wasn't as stable for helping my proper posture. I'm a full-time nursing student so I am at my desk ALL the time. I'm also an aging athlete and runner so I am super conscious about proper form while sitting.What I love most about this foot rest is that it's adjustable. My desk sits up on a high so this foot rest can be adjusted so that I can be ergonomically comfortable and my feet can sit on it as if they are on the floor. I can make it exactly the right height. Most are too shallow/short. I also like the rolling ball feature for a foot massage. I searched around and didn't see anything else as anything close to the height and adjustability as this one. I am very happy with both this original purchase and the sellers accommodation in replacing it when it broke.

This is really helping my posture at work. Office furniture is not designed for 5'4" women. If my chair is at the right height to view my computer screen and my arms are at the correct angle, my feet dangle on the ground. This is really helping me be comfortable in my desk chair for long stretches. My only complaint is that the bottom part that is on the ground could be grippier. It slides a little bit on the carpet. Fortunately I can put mine against the side of my desk which corrects this flaw for the most part but I'd recommend putting grippers on the feet if you're on a slick surface. I think one side of Velcro might solve my issue here if I can ever get my act together!

So far this foot support does what it's advertised to do which is all I can ask of a product. The plastic seems sturdy although I'm technically not putting much weight on it. As with all products longevity will be the ultimate test of quality. Having the ability to adjust the angle of my legs during the work day definitely helps with my posture and lower back pain. I can't personally say whether the rotating balls in the center buy me anything. My only complaint is that I wish the product was less prone to slide on my office floor. I don't know if more weight in the base might help. Perhaps a ridge of non-sticky silicone substance running around the perimeter of the base unit where it contacts the floor might be in order.

It just completely broke, sigh.It broke around December to the point one side of the middle piece no longer latched to the metal bar on one side. Today, the other side gave out making it unusable outside of its flat configuration.Things I liked:- Gave the added height I needed- Used on carpet so it gripped really well on the bottom- Allows me to rock my anklesThings I didn't like so I prob won't replace with this model:- It broke within 6 months- It's noisy- Thought I'd like the nibs, but it was actually too painful for stocking feet. Had to intermittently use bedroom slippers for extra cushion- The rocking motion doesn't lock so it feels loosey goose when rocking front to back as well as a little rocky from side to side. In other words, you can't just put one foot on at a time. I always put both feet on at the same time to avoid the see-sawing.I guess that's really all. I may just try a memory foam thingy next. :-(

I purchased the HUANUO Footrest after not getting any pain relief from using the Everlasting Gel Memory Foam Gel. Which didn't give any ergonomic support because of being too soft.The rollers are the best, as they massage your foot. And can also use the footrest for rocking and pedaling.After extensively using it for 10 months (since I work from home), the footrest broke.I emailed to see if the Customer Service Team can provide me a replacement through warranty. I sent them images of the broken footrest and the Order#. They responded immediately and, within 2 days, sent me a new replacement footrest! Hence 5 Stars!!

This item is so noisy and not sturdy at all. purchased July 2024 and already broke. It would be nice if it would have locked in at certain heights or positions but it just rocks back and forth which is not very comfortable.The height it offered was good, but everything else is junk.

Works perfect with the desk chair under my desk. My legs are a little short for the height I need my chair to type. The stool also rocks along with my chair.

Noticeable improvement on the last foot rest I had. I love that you can change the height, and my back pain has reduced significantly. Also I find that I am more 'active' playing with the rollers in the middle and swiveling my feet back and forth. Great product.

The height adjustments are nice, although I wish it had a setting to lock the angle in place. Had I known exactly what I was getting I might have shopped around a bit more, but it’s not bad.
