Overall a pretty solid stand but as others have pointed out, the notches that attach to the upright support are not tight enough in the slots. This means that no matter how much you tighten everything down the monitor will still tilt slightly side to side. It's not AWFUL and even with a large (ultrawide) monitor mounted, doesn't shift on its own but if you touch it it isn't hard to make it move. It's works well enough for an inexpensive stand and the stand itself, again even with a large monitor, feels very solid as far as tipping or moving.

I used to use a monitor raising shelf that honestly looked god awful on my desk. The original monitor stand I had was also absolutely awful. This mount replaced them both perfectly.This new monitor mount is very sleek and modern looking on my desk! This was the perfect solution for me. It was rather easy to put together and has lasted me over two months so far. My desk is small but this mount has a small footprint.

Very easy to set up and convenient adjustable height for my 24" monitor that I needed to set up in portrait mode. Base is strong and sturdy and in place without the worry of tipping to the back. Quite happy with this product.
