Works fantastic! does exactly what i need it to do! love the gas cylinder feel. Love the range of motion, it holds my monitor well, it feels very sturdy. My monitor is 34 inches and curved, it works great. I have to move my monitor up and down alot as i do telehealth. When im meeting with my clients i move it down close to my desk so my camera is more level with my face, but then i move it up when im done. It works awesome.

Solid performer with my 18” side-monitor mounted for my color grading workstation. The tensioning spring adjuster turns opposite the printed instructions included, but not a problem once I figured that out. Great for positioning almost anywhere, and easily swings out of the way and back again for accessing other devices in a small space.

Great quality and very sturdy very happy customer

The monitor I bought had a base that took up too much space on my built in desk. What I loved about this was the option to install using a grommet. For one thing, my desk is flush with my wall with two windows behind it. So in order to use the traditional model would have necessitated cutting out a large chunk of my desk. This installed easily. The only complaint and it is very minor is that the directions call for a 7/16 drill bit which not everyone has. You can definitely use another bit just make sure it is bigger than the post. I would highly recommend.

All went well until I got it connected to my desk. An after I installed my monitor on it an sat down to enjoy some games. My monitor came crashing down!!! This arm DOES NOT support the weight listed. Your monitor is ONLY held on by plastic clips!!!!

Works great with my other dual monitor arm. Easy to put together and has great adjustable ability for different desks.

It works, however I will go with a different company next time. The issues are:1) quality problems. I needed to use the through the desk attachment (not the “c-clamp”) attachment. But the through the desk attachment bolt does not thread well because the female thread in the arm is not high quality. So you cannot turn the bolt all the way into the socket. To do this you need to use a locking wrench or something to crank it. But that will ruin the bolts threads that you need to put the clamp and nut on. What I had to do was thread the bolt into the arm (only goes about 2 rotations) and then thread the nut and clamp onto the bolt through the desk, leaving it really loose. Then attach locking pliers to the bottom and crank it (after it was assembled) until the bolt threaded all the way into the arm. But now it will never be removable as the threads are crushed and the nut cannot be taken off. This could have been avoided if the female socket had better quality threads so that the bolt would go in all the way without using locking pliers (I tried a plastic grip but it was not enough torque).2) the rotation and the height work well. But the pan and tilt does not really work. It is not a smooth mechanism but is instead just a tightened bolt holding your monitor, unlike the like pneumatic used to adjust height, etc. So basically you need to adjust the pan/tilt and then tighten it. But then if you move the monitor higher and want to then tilt it down or if you move it lower and want to tilt it up, you now need to really crank hard to tilt the monitor. That loosens the bolt and the monitor droops all the way down unless you retighten the bolt. Basically you have to keep an Allen wrench in the pan screw and adjust it each time you move it; or you need to give up and not tilt/pan it. I’m guessing this might not be such an issue with a lighter monitor, but it is rated for 20lbs and my monitor is 16.5 lbs so it should be working.In conclusion, this stand works great if you want the monitor off your desk and will not be moving the monitors position. The stand does not work well if you plan to often adjust the location of the monitor and want a stand that helps move the monitor around.
