Was hoping to use for my 5m old baby. Cute bows, but they are too big for her head. I will have to sew them to make them smaller. For her head size, she would probably fit them closer to 12m.

These headbands are super soft and well made! I love that this set came with one for each holiday! Usually my girl hates having stuff on her head but these are so soft that she didn't mind at all!

I got these for my twin daughters' baby dolls which have heads about the size of a 6 month old. I haven't tried them on a real baby's head but they go on (and stay on) the dolls' plastic heads very well. They are pretty stretchy and comfortable and don't seem like they'd be the kind that digs into the baby's head and leaves marks like other ones I've seen. If I had a baby girl, I would definitely use these for her since they are so adorable, trendy and comfortable looking. As far as size range, I think they would probably be a bit too big for a newborn, but might work for a 1 month old and fit comfortably up to about 24 months(I tried it on my 32 month old son who is a little smaller than average and it seemed to fit well). Also, in case you are wondering, they are not the kind that unties all the way into a sash. They do, however, untie in a way so you can adjust the size of the bow(see pics).

The pattern and fabric of these headbands are so cute. I bought them to replace some elastic ones that were too tight for my little ones head. Unfortunately some of them are poorly made/defective. I found that several were sewn improperly and so are unable to lie flat on my child's head. The twisted band creates an uncomfortable crease which cannot be flattened due to being sewn in place. I was tempted to return them all, and get a replacement but was afraid I'd end up with some defective ones in the new batch too. So not as good of a value as I originally thought. I will continue to use the ones that aren't twisted as they are soft, stretchy and cute.
