I love this. It is so much lighter than a weighted blanket so I don’t get hot. It is super soft. Easy to get in and out of. It instantly calms my nervous system and I sleep so well. I get so excited to put it on.

It seems a bit crazy, but I love this “body bag†as an adult. Weighted blankets are nice. But this envelopes me in a gentle hug. The fabric is stretchy and soft so you don’t feel trapped. I suffer from hot flashes and this does not add to that issue. The additional benefit for me is I have started moving around more (thrashing about) in my sleep. And this wearable blanket keeps me from kicking my spouse 🤣. We both like that!

The product is very soft, with an agreeable finish. I found the pressure soothing, drawing it all the way over my shoulders on the first use. The instructions had said to just start with the legs and lower body, gradually increasing with each sleep session. But, my legs felt restless, still. My upper body responded very positively to it. I also felt relief from my joint pain while in it, especially my shoulders. I found it very nice for relaxing, but didn’t sleep well overnight with it. Please note that I have ADHD and have had insomnia for over 40 years. I only sleep 3-4 hours a night most nights. However, it’s real nice to crawl into and chill when I get home.Also, I got the XL size. I am 5’8 and weigh 240. I think Size L would have worked, maybe give a little more compression than the looser XL.

This sleep Hug is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING & COMPLETE WORTH THE MONEY!! My 7 year old son has severe ADHD & has alot of issues sleeping through the night. He always wakes up at 4am & it’s a struggle to get him back to bed. I bought this instead of a weighted blanket & couldn’t be happier, he’s going on night 4 of using it & has managed to sleep through the night since then. This is a game changer & 10/10 recommend, will be purchasing another one so we have a back up just in case.

I just received my sleep pod.It's literally worthless. Due to my build and weight, I was worried that even the large would be too small, as I'm on the upper end of the recommended size for it. Boy, was I wrong.It's like a tent. It feels like ill-fitting, stretched out socks- just ginormous. It offers no pressure or weight.I had such high hopes for this product. I love the deep pressure of a weighted blanket, but this for sure is NOT a replacement for that. You could easily fit 2 of me in there, and probably still not have the pressure feeling it advertises. If I stand up and try to wear it as a dress, it wouldn't even stay up, it falls down. Even after bringing 3 pillows inside of it, it does not do what it advertises. It doesn't even provide the same level of pressure as a pair of yoga pants or control top panty hose. I could achieve a tighter swaddle by laying a blanket down on the floor and rolling myself up like a burrito.I'm also disappointed with the hole for your feet. This was the design element I was waiting on before I ordered one- I need my feet to stick out. But there's only one small foot hole on the side of the bottom. It's not enough to get both feet out, at least not comfortably.Others have complained that theirs was much smaller than it should be, so maybe the company is struggling to provide consistent sizes? IDK. But I'm sending mine back. I'm not going to try to exchange it for a smaller size because having seen one in person now, I don't think it's made of strong enough material to give the kind of pressure needed for a therapeutic effect. The material they use is just too thin and doesn't give enough resistance. Like I mentioned above, it's not even as strong as the top of most (looser fitting) yoga pants or a maxi skirt. It's really weak. That probably helps with temperature control, but it makes the product pretty useless. 😞I'm so bummed out. Hopefully the return process will be quick and easy.

We enjoyed our use of the Sleep Pod, and it was used every night for 6 or so months. While comfortable, this item developed holes quickly, and ended up ripping down the seam after around 6-7 months. Given the fact that the product was appropriately sized and we followed proper washing instructions, there is no reason that an item at this price point should be ripping so quickly. In addition, Hug Sleep offers no help for purchases made through Amazon, meaning we were unable to get a replacement to make up for this. Ultimately, I wouldn't recommend this item without fixes to the durability.

I’ve been looking at this for months before finally purchasing one hoping that it could be a makeshift weighted blanket for traveling. However, when it came it was in Turquoise and not gray as the packaging stated (i dont really mind as i love the color anyways), but when i came to try it on the S was way too big. The pod was loose around my entire body and falls when i sit up or stand. Keep in mind that I’m 5â€4’ and weigh around 130. This is the sizing that they provided and honestly maybe I should have gotten tween sizing. My entire body goes into the pod including my head, and it still doesn’t give me enough pressure. The fabric is quite light, and is very very stretchy to the point that it doesn’t do much for deep pressure. If any it’s just a normal blanket. For the price I don’t think it’s worth it.

I received my hug sleep hooded and the bottom hem was all ripped apart. Was so sad. I returned it.

I love this thing. I had a weighted blanket for years, but found that hauling it over me when I went to sleep, or even worse, out to the couch if I wasn't feeling well, was causing me significant shoulder pain. Add that to the hot flashes I was blessed with in the last year, and I needed something different. I found this after seeing a knockoff on a Facebook ad, and went looking for a reputable company to buy one from. This was it. It folds up smaller than a tshirt, which means I can travel with it. It's warm enough that I rarely need a blanket (and when I do, it's a lightweight cotton one), but breathable enough that I don't get too warm in it... and if I do, I can always kick my feet out. Getting up in the middle of the night is not an issue either - kick my feet out and pull it up to my knees, and pull it down just like a pair of pants.

Soft and comforting. If you’re someone who likes a weighted blanket but finds them to be too heavy, this is perfect. Snug and stretchy, soft too so great if you are sensitive to textures like me. I use it every night and have done since I bought it 6 months ago. Washes well, dries quickly.
