Sandbags are superb fitness tools. Beginners and those with any sort of back problem: sandbags produce torgue and sudden shifts of leverage points so you can injure yourself if going too heavy. These small bags are good for avoiding excessive torque and imbalance, but be sure to use a gallon plastic baggie or two to keep your sand from leaking out and through the shell. Be sure to leave room for the sand to shift in order to get the full benfit of the sandbag.

Everything Hugger Mugger is great. No other words needed. For the Yoga or health enthusiast. I bought this bag to help streghten my diaphragm for better breathing. It's great!

perfect! just what the yogi ordered. love these things. wish i had ordered them sooner. high quality zipper doesn't leak sand. seals in well. material is comfortable on the skin. handles are sturdy and last and last!

Poor construction. One bag broke after 10 days of normal use. Way overpriced. Buy something cheaper. I found some sandbags at Walmart for $5.00 each.

I put sand in the bag, but even with the zippers fully closed it leaks!! I'll have to find another weight alternative. I am disappointed, because hugger hugger is supposed to be better quality than this.
