Setup instructions weren't very clear and it was frustrating. Had to fumble with it for a bit to get it work. But aside from that, great product! Works really well, love the remote control WITH PHYSICAL BUTTONS, very intuitive, very nice. Brightness is great. Lights my face up well. 9.5/10.

Great lights that give a much softer and more flattering lighting to my face. I think getting the 3 light version might be even better, but this works very well. The build quality is very high, Apple quality build, made of metal and heavy materials, not cheap plasticy feel.

I highly recommend this product. I perform video services 100% of the time. I needed lighting that could adjust and adapt to my environment. I could not be more pleased with the technical set up, ease of operation, and professional look that this lighting system has. I even bought a second set for another office.

I have a virtual CPA firm and use Zoom almost exclusively for client meetings. I have had two combination light, camera Mic s go out in four months. The higher end camera I bought had no lights so I decided to upgrade.I absolutely love these lights. Packaging was exceptional. The control "puck" is ingenious. It took two minutes to set up and thirty seconds to figure out how to control the lights. I highly recommend this computer lighitng solution. You cannot go wrong with this purchase.

I've used a few different lighting setups at my desk, including larger higher-end LED panels. Overall, these work quite well. I like how low-profile and unobtrusive they are, unlike many other lights. They take up very little space and don't look too ugly sitting on top of my monitor (I wouldn't call them beautiful, but they are fine). For my setup, they put out plenty of light, even though there are windows behind me. Obviously that's a tricky situation, and there's only so much that a light can do about it, but these are bright enough to offset it for me. I was surprised to see some reviews saying they aren't very bright. I wonder if those folks realize you can adjust the brightness, because mine did not come on at maximum power when I first used them.My biggest gripe with this product is the remote. First, I wish there was a way to turn the lights on and off without a battery-powered remote. Not a huge deal, but it's just annoying to have yet another thing cluttering up my desk, and another set of batteries to eventually replace. But the bigger annoyance is that the markings for the controls on the remote are black on black, and very hard to read without actually picking it up. So I kept accidentally adjusting the color temperature when I wanted to adjust the brightness, or vice versa. I ended up printing out some labels to stick on the remote, which I shouldn't have to do. This is what causes me to knock a star off of the rating.Also, this is a minor nitpick, but I do wish there was a way to individually control the brightness of the two lights. With the two lights at equal distance and the same brightness, it creates a pretty flat look. That may be what some people want, but I like a bit more depth, and that's easier to achieve if I can have one light be a bit brighter than the other.

What a game changer these HighBeam lights are in my video conferencing ambience. The lighting in my office is sup par at best and I always struggled with lighting in my video conferencing as a result. The packaging was premium which immediately caught my attention as to the quality of the product. The remote desk top light adjuster disc is simply brilliant. They though of it all. I also love that you can adjust from white light to yellow changing the feel from serious to more cozy setting the tone of the meeting. The diagram inside the box was super helpful and set up was an ease. I love that they even included duracell batteries for the remote adjuster.

The lights are great but the knob/remote to turn them on and off seems to not always work. It’s frustrating when I want to quick adjust the lights and it doesn’t do anything, it takes several tries.
