Fit perfectly, matches the old one on the other side except looks nicer. I had to buy the push pins also since they tend to break upon removal (I think they're just designed that way), available on Amazon for just a few dollars, search for something like Rear Bumper and Fender Push Pins Retainer Jeep Compass 2014 (the year for your vehicle).

Took about 10 minutes to replace the old broken one. Careful when pulling the plug out, the tab can brake pretty easy. But this new light fit snug with no gaps. The provide new plugs too so that was great.
