We have had this hitch for a little over a year, it has been awesome and has really made the trailer feel more under control and lighter. We tow with it everyday. Just recently we noticed a small crack develop on the top of the ball mount. We called the company and sent in a picture of the trouble and they overnighted a new piece to us. Amazing customer service! The internet has lots of accounts of this company being great. I rarely write reviews but its so rare in this day and age to see a company stand behind there products and be friendly and courteous about it. Briana in the warranty department was great. Can’t recommend this hitch enough.

I've been Towing travel trailers for 35 years. I've been doing it wrong that long. This tow system is considerably better than anything I've ever used. Take your time and set it up properly and you will be happy with this investment.
