Precautions and solutions to the bending and deformation of the template when some customers react to ironing.

- Q: What if my pegboard bends?
- A: Usually, there is only one reason why the board bends, the temperature of the iron is too high. you have put the iron on the work for too long. The iron does not move, it is only ironed in a fixed place. High temperature and long time will naturally affect the bottom board to bend. Therefore, you must move the iron when ironing. Moreover, as long as the temperature of the iron has reached, it will only take a few seconds to ironed one side.
Attention:
- Please pay attention to the need to place the ironing pad between the iron and the fuse bean.
- Do not iron at too high a temperature , the time is kept between 30 and 60 seconds
- We recommend that you use a special small iron for fuse bean instead of a large iron at home.
- Please keep even ironing and do not stay in a specific place for too long.
Solution:
- If bending of the pegboard is found after ironing, please immediately place it under a heavy object and flatten it.
- If the cooled pegboard bent , you can use an electric hair dryer or iron to heat it and flatten it with heavy objects.
The Suggestion By Our Old Customer:
There is a trick to using these. You've gotta make sure as soon as your beads start to melt/stick that you flip it over and remove the pegboard, flip it back and continue to iron for the desired look.

I used two panels for my piranha plant, and it worked great! They will curve after applying the heat, but as soon as I was done, I put them under some heavy books (just enough weight to flatten, but not break) and they are back in business! You get two more panels than the brand name for the same price. Happy customer here. (:

I know this is plastic and I shouldn’t expect it to hold up completely. Especially under a hot iron. What I didn’t expect was for it to melt just in sunlight. It took maybe an hour for it to warp and melt, luckily it was only one but the beads I had on it were still fully intact and un phased while the tray was completely ruined. Avoid my mishap, keep it out of direct sunlight and you’ll be just fine putting these to use

This is a great set. Comes with 4 larger boards that can be put together to make a very large board. Too many times I find patterns that are just a few pegs too large. This fixes that and more!

Only two of these from this pack survived not being broken, and even still, one of them is barely usable because it melted. If you are in a house where if people may sit without looking, not notice things on the floor, or if you have a dog that likes to take things... These are not for you. Also make sure you use an iron that uses a below average heat because of how easy it melts.
