Fit is good, quality seems very good also. Price is very hard to beat. Have purchased HWK products before and they are good quality and very fair price.

I’m 6’ft 260lb ., bought size 44 ., I normally use 42 waist and 30 inseam.. this 44 fits perfectly. Enough room on the waist and plenty size to hem or leave as. The material looks good, inside and outside., I’m very happy with the purchase.

I like this company (HWK). I have an HWK textile armoured jacket and matching armoured pants. They are both great values for the money. They fit properly, stand up to regular use and provide a reasonable amount of protection. The jacket looks sharp too - I get a lot of compliments. So I'm not surprised the chaps are an equally great buy. The pants are zippered but I just pull them on over my jeans. The photos show the chap belt sitting outside a regular belt but I pulled mine up over my pants and cinched it up four notches - meaning the sizing is very good. I'm 5'8" 160 lbs and the size 32 is perfect. The chaps are long but that works as I wear an inseam of 34 inches (actual size: 32) for riding motorbikes. Floodpants are not great for warmth or protection so the length is good. I really came away very satisfied with all three HWK purchases. You can't beat the price or quality. Ride safe!

I am 5'3" and 235lbs. I ordered a size 46. Plenty of slack in the waistband, comfortably buckled with no problem at all. Fit perfectly around my thighs, but from the knees down I looked like I was playing dress up with my dad's clothes. DON'T FREAK OUT. These are meant to be trimmed if necessary. Will end up being pretty wide around the ankle, but that's just more room around an awesome pair of boots. Shine up, rubber down, riders!! :-)

These aren't awful, but they are the worst quality leather above patchwork. Good stuff is not touted as "genuine leather".Ordered a size 48, usually wear a 44. It's still pretty snug around the thighs, but I had to make my own belt hole (and the leather wouldn't hold a grommet). You're missing quite a lot of material around the crotch and rear, more so than with a more durable/expensive pair.Had to cut the bottom of the legs to fit my inseam. That's pretty standard for lower end chaps, no complaints there. HOWEVER, I can already tell these things are gonna flap like Dumbo's ears at speed, they are very loose as soon as they go past the knee, and I sometimes struggle to find socks that aren't too tight, I've got big calves. There is not much of a taper to them, I'll probably need to use the parts I cut off to make ankle garters or maybe cut a split and add laces/snaps up the inseam. The mesh inside is a joke for these chaps, it's the same stuff they use in their armored overpants, basically male swimming trunks liner material. Can't complain for the price. I knew what I was getting into. These will be a lot more comfortable after a little tailoring, you're basically getting a generic blank.

Decent quality leather at an unbeatable price. Not top-notch quality, but hey, they do the trick and for the price, I haven't seen anything on 'Zon. PLEASE NOTE: If you cut them to fit your length, you MUST tack or sew over the seam you cut through or it will unravel. Seems like common sense, but I saw several comments complaining about unraveling or the stitching coming apart. You should do this over at least four seams per leg.

I liked this product, it does a good job of keeping the chill off, and the price is acceptable, the zipper a little to be desired, it's plastic, big teeth, but plastic the stop end broke after a few uses

took a 36 x 32 since my pants size vary between 34 and 36 depending on the model of pants and they fit nicely. they seem to be very comfortable but haven't been out on a ride yet. Hopefully they will last. So far very pleased with them.

Great fit and nice leather. You may want to add a pair of good suspenders to these. I did and then they were perfect.

The leather on these is thick, very protective. If they are looked after and maintained properly, they will last for years. The thickness of the leather surprised me, and the zippers are also heavy duty. If you need chaps for riding a motorcycle, these are a great, inexpensive alternative.
