Your cart is empty. The seal kit is used to rebuilt Speeco design. To know whether it fits your cylinder, one good way is to disassemble and measure your cylinder to compare with each item specification.
1. Cylinder tube Bore (I.D.) 4.5" x rod (O.D) 1.75". Please note some cylinder rod head OD size is not rod size.
2. Wear rings. Piston wear ring : 127 mm (OD 5") x 120.65mm (ID 4.75”) x 9.5mm (0.375" wide), Nylon Rod wear ring : 50.8mm (ID 2") x 57.15mm (OD 2.25”) x 9.5mm (0.375" wide) Nylon
3. Piston seals 1 square ring and 1 O-ring. Piston Square ring: D127 mm x117mm x 3.28mm; O-ring (installed under the square ring): 115 mm x 2.65 mm . CPU + NBR
4. Rod O-ring : 50.8mm x 63.5mm x 5mm, CPU. There is O-ring inside.
5. Rod dust ring : 50.8mm x 60.3mm 5.5mm /7.3mm, TPU
Below is 5" bore x 2" rod cylinder Specification that OEM made by this seal kit: Retracted (center to center between rod mountain hole and clevis hole: 32.4” Extended (center to center same as above): 56.4”
Stroke: 24±0.05”
Dimension from center of clevis hole to back face of cylinder: 2.95” Dimension from center of rod end hole to front face of rod: 1.06” Dimension from center of rod end hole to front face of cylinder: 1.18” Ports: 1/2” NPT Dimension from port to port: 25.4”
Rod: 2.0" rod Rod end mountain hole: 0.55”
Clevis Mountain hole: 1.16”
Dimension between mountain clevis to clevis: 0.87”
Thickness of each mountain clevis: 0.375”

This seal kit is better than OEM. I have been rebuilding hydridic cylinders for over 40 years and this is the first time buying a rebuild kit from Amazon. I always bought my kits from the OEM manufacture because I no not have time to do the jog again. This kit had all the seals to rebuild my wood splitter cylinder and all seals were as good if not better than the OEM kits at a much better price. Thank you Amazon!

I have a 35 ton huskee log splitter. It was a pain to get apart, but once I did this kit seems to be a perfect fit replacement for it. Time will tell how it holds up!

I bought this kit for my 35 ton splitter which was leaking fluid out the front seal. Replacement took about 30-40 minutes, most of that time spent cleaning up a pretty grimy splitter. Ran splitter today for about 3 hours, it's holding like new.

This kit was easy to find on Amazon, and a snap to install on the log splitter. Great price to pay to have the machine restored to like new condition. We did not realize just how much its performance was affected by the leaking seals.

I used these on a Huskee 35 ton splitter. The components are not payable as the OEM ones. There are also extra parts in here so don't panic. Use what you need. The hardest part is the smaller internal seals. Getting the ram into the cylinder was tough as well. After it was back together it worked like new.
