I am a beginner with using this type of measurement tool. It seems to work fine. On a known proof test bottle this tested about 2 degrees lower. Im sure the room temperature factors in to that so I do recommend using this for the money.

I never got to try out this product. Every kit that was sent, the hydrometer was broken.

I'm new to using tools for measuring alcohol. This was super easy to use and I appreciate the temperature conversion table that it came with. The only thing I'd suggest to anyone ordering one is to know that it does not come with the glass tube for floating it in. You need to order one separately.

I ordered this twice and both times it arrived in undamaged boxes but the hydrometer was broken with its ballast spilling out. Returned and bought a different brand

Very easy to use. Well made, east to read. Excellent thickness and works great. At this price point, this is an excellent tester. 4 out of 5 stars. I definitely recommend.

Didn't even last one day, leaked at all the joints and didn't show correct measurements.
