Great replacement filter with fast delivery. Length of use greatly depends on the quality of your water. If water going to your house is dirty as heck, filter will last a month. If it’s pretty clean, then will last for much longer. You can tell it’s getting time to replace when water pressure starts decreasing. It also means it did its job, and kept all that crap out of your faucet filters, refrigerator filter, washing mashing, boiler, etc.

Been using this filter a couple of yrs now. It works, removes the smell from well water. 1 filter last 2 months. I use it in line with a water softener and ultraviolet light that kills bacteria just to be safe.

I just opened one of the 2 filters I purchased in June 2023. It was shrink-wrapped in original packaging around the filter itself, and that was securely wrapped in bubble wrap. I was surprised to find damage on the end of the filter when I got it open to switch out. The plastic end of the filter has a crack and appears to have been damaged before being shrink wrapped by the manufacturer. I don't think it will affect the performance of the filter, but I was surprised a new wrapped filter would arrive damaged.
