  • External Temperature Controller: This hanging controller of this fish tank heater has a large LCD digital screen, which can intuitively display the current water temperature and real-time power and preset the target temperature. You can easily adjust the temperature from 59℉ to 93℉ and have a red indicator to show its heating state
  • Low Water Alarm & Safety Feature: Our aquarium water heater built-in water sensor system that more efficiently detects water level(lower than water surface) at the top of the heating unit and responds by automatically shutting off and beeping an alarm to let you know the heater element in an abnormal state. The memory function will be restored to the temperature you set when the power comes back, without worrying about temperature shocks and no need to reset
  • Over-Temperature Protection: The 1200 watt aquarium heater has double sensing probe that can detects overheating. If the water temperature gets out of the measurable range will trigger the safety alarm function. The heater automatically shuts off the power and displays an 'HH' code alarm when temperatures exceed 95℉. As well as the temperatures below 59℉it will display an 'LL' code alarm and auto heating to the preset temperature
  • Intelligent Heating System: This submersible aquarium heater uses dual tube quartz glass material and high-temperature resistant nickel-chromium heating wire to provide more consistent and efficient heat up. The ABS guard shield adopts an irregular hollowed-out design, which helps with better diffuse heated water, and also prevents your aquatic pet from being burned
  • Product Parameters: Dimension:11.6''x 2.7''x 1.2'', Power:1200W suggest for 160 to 300gallon aquariums. Power Cord: 6.2 ft+3.9 ft. Votage: AC100-240V, Temperature control range: 59℉~93℉ (temperature deviation of 1℉). Come with two powerful suction cups that make the heater easily firmly hold to the side of the tank. Please place the heater element fully submersible at least 2 inches underwater, ensure the top of unit is facing upwards so that the probe senses the water level

I use these in my koi pond during the winter months, they work great to keep the temperature favorable. I know that koi don’t need it since they are cold water fish but I take care of my fish and try to keep the pond between 69-73 degrees. This heater works well and has lasted a couple of seasons. I like the open design and the longer cord. So far so good.

I've bought a pretty large tank which requires two heaters. I traditionally have used heaters that are not fully submersible and the temp dial it on top of the heater above the tank. This means I run an additional gauge to tell me the temp of my water compared to the setting on my heater. Hygger has both build in to its device. The heater goes under the water, and there is a long cord for the readout display which allows you to place the water into a temperature range. It takes care of everything after that. Backlit display allows me to store the display under my tank housing.

I like how it looks, works great, shipped fast. Keeps the water at the temperature it reads.

I wanted to wait until it got some use to write this review and I can say I’m very impressed. It’s keeping my stock tank, fish and plants alive well into freezing temps and doing a great job of maintaining a stable temp. I can’t recommend this enough for people with ponds and stock tanks.

Worked great for about 3 months then stopped heating. Watt reader on device will not show more than 0 watts even after setting 5 degrees higher and waiting 1 hour. The lights plus around the meter as if the heater is attempting to bring the temp up but the Watt reader continues to show "0". I'm asking seller to contact me and or replace asap.

Comparing this to the hygger 1000w with orange color on the side with the more enclosed casing, this one is better at distributing heat due to the cage-like enclosure. You have to ensure there is a lot of water flow as the surrounding water adjacent to the heater will reach the set temp quickly. Therefore in a pond/large aquarium you need to set the temp higher to achieve the desired overall water temp. The temp controller casing is still flimsy and this is the weak link in the device's durability.

3/30/2024I have been meaning to buy one and after many contemplations, I finally did. My initial reaction when I first grab the heater was, wow cheap plastic and I was skeptical about using it. But since it's already in my hand put it in one of my 100gallon tank that does not have a heater. To my surprise it took less than an 30minutes to bring a cold tank at 72 degree to 80 degree.Pros:-Easy to operate with just one button to control temp levels-Powerful and heats up fast-stabilize temperature at +/-1 degree ( coming from two of my other temp gauges reading)Cons:-cords a little short for my use and the controller is under the fish tank and in the the stand.-Plastic around the heater could of been made better. I was scare it was going break when I try to put the suction cap on.-Suction cap are trash, I had to source two from my other fluval heater that were extra.-no indication light on the heater itself to let you know it's working. only by looking at the remote.overall: I think its a good upgrade for anyone who thinking about getting one. minus the cheap suction caps. I'll try to give another update after 6 months.Updated 2/28/2024Sorry for the long waited updated. Well came home and saw my temp reading on the meter saying 96 degree and I was like wow that way too warm for any fish!!!! I rush over and wee my arowanna is super stress and having pop eye that it didn't the day before. and I was going to unplug my heater cord. When I lean and put one hand on my tank and it was cool to the touch and no warm at all. Then it hit me, the sensor on the heater broke and the entire heater is now RIP. Almost lasted a year. I readjust my rating to 3 Stars instead of 5 stars. My pro and cons from my use for the year I had it.Pros:-heats up my 200 gal tank fairly fast-easy reading and usageCons:-cord could be longer-does not shut off when water level is low as it suppose to, so make sure you unplug yours or put keep the heater submerge at all time from overheating the heater-did not last a year

Increíble lo eficiente y rápido que es para alcanzar la temperatura deseada sin duda es magnífico su rendimiento además que ahorras luz al tenerlo poco tiempo encendido
