EDIT: Bryan has now passed his 14th bd months ago and is still enjoying his Iams. He doesn't see or hear well, but his nose still finds his Iams. I think this is what has helped him keep going.________________________________________OK, so my almost 13 yr old CoJack (Corgi/Jack Russell) has been on Science Diet Chicken and Barley for dogs 7 plus canned for years now.All of a sudden, it's gotten super hard to find and I thought now what? He does better on chicken, I didn't want to upset his digestive system and what if he didn't like the new food? PLUS I had to make sure for older dogs.MY experience:PROS -FIRST thing I noticed, cool, I don't need to use a can opener.SECOND thing...SMELL! Smells so much better than Science Diet. Which can be hard to take first thing in the morning.THIRD about the same price for same amount.FOURTH my dog LOVES it and he does better on a more pate kind, one without lots of gravy and stuff.This food has a better TEXTURE than Science Diet, but still the kind of pate, no gravy.and one of the most important FIFTH DIGESTIBILITY since I was changing over from another food. He's doing FINE on it. His tummy is good with this one.NO CONS SO FAR AND BOTTOMLINE:IF you also had your elderly dog on that chicken Science Diet and are looking for a replacement, I would say give this a try! Is working well for my old man dog.

I like the ease of ordering and delivery. I don't have to hunt and struggle at local stores to find the brand and flavor and the cost is much higher per can when purchased this way. My dog is older now and is picky about his food. Ever since I started using IAMS and this particular flavor, he is trying to eat the food before i can get it out of the can. I will continue to use this brand, quality is excellent.

My old Mawmaw dog loves this stuff! But if you start feeding it, you’re in it for the long haul.. she literally won’t eat anything else but this. We have it on auto-ship!
