If you cannot see the video, your Internet speed might be slow. Go to Settings> Display Settings and lower the video resolution. 3. This device is high definition, therefore, it requires higher internet speed. Please consider having an Internet speed of at least 3 Mbps. 4. Usually it doesn’t work on a hotel wifi. 5. If you are still experiencing issues, delete the camera from the app and close the app. Then, close all apps running in the background, reset the monitor by holding the reset button for 20 seconds. Place the monitor within 10 feet of the router and reinstall the monitor.

We have used iBaby for 5+ years now and we have 3 separate monitors (3 kids) and they all connect to one screen. I love that you can view their rooms without being home/on the same WiFi. I love the pictures and videos the monitor takes too. 5 stars for sure!We had one of our monitors go out and I contacted support for help and they tried to fix the problem, unfortunately there wasn't anything that could be done for that one but they offered a discount for a brand new monitor. I couldn't be happier.

This will be my 2nd ibaby camera. My first one lasted almost 4 years, no complaints there! I have purchased other brands and the cameras have broken after a few months of use. The video quality is great. The best part about the app is you can allow multiple users to log in and set user settings for each one which is very convenient. The only downfall is there is no monitor to view the camera but I just use my iPad when I don’t want to view it from my phone.

I will echo what others have said but my wife and I have enjoyed our 3 monitors very much. One of our monitors broke recently due to it falling. We didn't even think twice about buying another monitor as we were so pleased with iBaby. The features we use the most are the camera and the microphone via iPhone that connects to the speaker in the camera. In addition to this, we move the camera around during the day so we can watch one or more of our 3 kids as they play and do other activities. The only downside of this camera is that it connects to your phone instead of a separate monitor which can tie up your phone if you need it for other activities. Overall, I am pleased with this camera and would buy from iBaby again in the future.

Monitor went “offline†and stopped functioning. Unable to reset the device - nothing happens when I press and hold the reset button on the bottom of the device. Troubleshooting information is very limited and unhelpful.

This is our second generation of this product. We have had a great experience with ibaby products. The app makes it super easy to check on the kids and is ine of the only monitors that works well over wifi.

I've been using this brand for 5 years now, and have owned two different models. My overall experience has been great. The picture and audio quality on these are great, the night vision mode is fantastic, I love that I can talk to my kids through the camera if I'm in another room, and I REALLY appreciate the ability to move the camera to just about an angle I need using the app! And I love the wall mount that ALSO gives you the flexibility to adjust the camera's vantage point, even after it's mounted. The price point on these is awesome comparatively speaking. Most other cameras on the market with similar features cost considerably more.The only frustrations I've had over the last 5 years is the set up and/or reset process of the cameras and the connectivity. The set up and reset procedures are a bit cumbersome compared to most tech devices these day. And I do have moderately frequent episodes of the camera loading/reloading/re-connecting to the internet, or the app 'buffering' (for lack of a better term). Most of these 'episodes' are resolved by closing the app and re-opening it. And other times it only lasts a minute or two and resolves on it's own. So overall I don't find it to be a big deal. Their customer service - though sometimes hard to get a hold of and/or takes a while to hear back from - have always been eager to help me resolve any issues that I've had. They even provided me with a very nice compensation offer when my oldest camera became defective after 4.5 years.In my opinion, these inconveniences are minor overall and don't outweigh all the positives of these cameras! I always recommend these to friends/family who are in the market for baby cams.

If your on the fence about purchasing this camera, don’t be. Buy it! There are so many awesome features about this baby monitor that are FREE. I found with a lot of other monitors they required a subscription to continue use of certain features, but with iBaby, they’re included in your purchase. Customer service is also amazing. We had issues with our camera a few months after we started using it and they immediately set up a replacement to be sent out. Buy it, you won’t regret it!
