i love this so much! i bought it for work to make ice for our drinks and i couldn’t be more impressed with this machine. it works well, it’s quiet, it’s built very nicely, and i love how you can change the ice between two different ice sizes! perfect for all the drinks i make plus i don't have to wait hours to have ice ready. it’s ready in just 6-8 minutes depending on the ice size.

This works better than I expected. It is quiet and makes ice as fast as advertised. I like the 2 different size options as well.

Got this as a present and it's been nothing but amazing! Nothing like getting ice fast when you need it. Definitely a hit when a lot of people are over and the ice from the fridge is running out! Just have this device going and boom! Highly recommend.

This is the first time I've ever bought an ice maker and I am so pleasantly surprised! I put it right into practice as soon as it arrived today. Holidays and parties require lots of ice and this model really delivers. It's super easy to use and made more ice than I ever expected. I'm not sure what exactly I expected LOL but it surpassed it. Anyway, this model is very easy to use and although it does make a bit of noise, it's quieter than my microwave. After putting in the max amount of water, it starts outputting a small bunch of cute little bullet shaped cubes every 6 mins. It keeps going until it's out of water. Love it so far! Highly recommend!

Product seems to work fine but holds small amount of water and produces small amount of ice. Constantly refilling which is a downside. Product is quiet compared to my last one.
