This is a fantastic set of ice picks. The picks work very well at breaking up ice. I also really like that they have covers to protect you from pocking yourself when they are in storage. I find the picks well crafted and they seem to have a good chance of long durability.

I have issues with ice needing to be broken up now and then as well as frozen fruits. I saw this set and realized that the blade is just like the pu'erh tea knife I have been wanting.ICE PICKThis ice pick is a nice pick. It is sharp, but the screw on wooden top makes it safe to store in a drawer. It works well on breaking up ice.TONGSThe tongs are small,,but perfect for smaller cubes that I have.KNIFEThis is exactly what I wanted for my pu'erh tea cake. It has the same beautiful wood case with metal screw on connectors. The knife picks apart the tea easily and enables me to access what I want for a batch. What I like even more is that this fits perfectly in my pu'erh drawer so it is right there with the cake when I need to use it.THE BOTTOM LINEThis kit is great for both ice and my pu'erh tea cake.MY RATINGI am very happy with these tools. Every one of them so far is useful and work well. You can't get too forceful with them (like using a hammer) or the case will crack, but otherwise it works well for moderate breaking up of ice and tea.
