These ice tongs arrived individually wrapped and I found them to be sturdy and nicely springy for grabbing and releasing. They aren't fancy, but they look nice enough for a casual buffet table. I actually use mine for picking up chlorine pucks to load into my pool float and they are PERFECT for that. The serrated grip snags the pucks and hangs on. I'm 100% satisfied so far, but will update if anything happens to change my mind.

I use my toaster oven almost every day and these are my favorite tongs to flip food in or retrieve food from the tray. I had one pair and was excited to stumble upon this 2 pack because now I don’t have to wash them every day. They are simple and perfect. I can pick up large pieces of chicken as well as the tiny crunchy bits that would otherwise be sadly left behind. They work well with ice and pastries and actual toast, too.
