I've ordered this item twice now and it's been defective both times. The first time I ordered it the issue was the metal button that you push in to extend the legs was missing. I returned it, and the second order was missing one of the internal screws where you connect the white board sheet (see pictures). It's also worth mentioning both times I received this product, the box was in poor condition, and wasn't even taped shut. I don't understand why this easel is so expensive, and why there are continuous problems. For over $300, it's WILD that this isn't a high quality product. Such a shame.

Just got this package delivered and immediately opened it. To my disappointment, one of the knobs that hold the paper/whiteboard on is defective. It seems to be missing a metal piece for the bolt to screw into. Otherwise, this seems sturdy and heavy. I wish markets and an eraser came with it. I also wish the whiteboard portion was magnetic.Update: I'm updating my review and giving this product a higher rating. I called the company about the defective piece and they are taking care of it. Top-notch customer service, would purchase from this company again.

This is the best flip chart/white board I’ve purchased—and I’ve purchased a lot.The side handles are awesome for carrying. However, when I transport it, I often leave the flip chart on it which makes the side handles less valuable (especially on a windy day). I’m taller, so I’d value a handle on the top too as that would make leaving the flip chart on a good move while transporting.

Ordered this item and was a big disappointment! Had to return it because knobs to hold paper were defective. Sent it back got another one sent and the 2nd one the legs were defective!

After my initial rating of 2 stars, I eventually got a phone call to address my concerns. The person was very helpful in rushing the replacement to my defective product. While it eventually cost me another week, the person I spoke to was apologetic and helpful.

Sturdy, good writing surface. Slots to hold markers. Correct height and angle. Transportable, but I will be using this at one location. A bit pricey, but will last forever.

No Instructions and most important pieces were missing, the screw that held Flip Chart Paper. Requested return and filed a claim and never received a response.

This is a study well designed easel..it pays to get a more expensive version as the cheaper models really are a headache to work with.
