Works good. Only negative is the back door on top doesn’t hinge open wide enough little difficult to pour in water

The glass pitcher shattered the 2nd time I used it... while it was brewing... I ended up with tea everywhere in my kitchen. My guess is subpar glass not able to handle the thermal shock.
