Followed instructions to the T for this install. Even followed up with confirming a certain torque specs for the 2 hex bolts that hold main part to the valley cover. I completed the install and finished up the top end of motor. After adding the oil required, I started truck up and inspected for leaks. This item was used for previous issues on oil pressure. I drove the truck and monitored all new parts daily by checking over truck for drips/leaks and of coarse level of dip stick. I was satisfied with this adapter and after my 5k LS rebuild and BTR upgrade with all the goodies, this was the last small issue I had. First week all was great. Day 8 took the car out of town, out of nowhere my oil pressure dropped and bam stuck on the side of interstate with oil pouring out the truck. Fun fact this part was 18 bucks, the tow was 235 bucks and well the sensors now soaked in oil hmmm not sure on what that will cost!! I wouldn’t buy their products again.

I use a low-doller Motorsports sensor with stock GM threads so this was great. I drilled and tapped the hole for 1/8" npt still so I still have the ability to run a transducer style if needed. O-ring seals great.

Installed this on an ICT valley cover for my LS 5.3 swap that’s going in my C10. Pretty straight forward install. I just bolted it to the valley cover that was already installed to mark the location. Removed the valley cover and drill the hole needed. Clean up the hole a little and reinstall! Easy! Thanks for a quality product!
