I failed to read and this is not for the a1 mini but I was able to use the angle grinder to cut the right size and this thing works awesome

I ordered this plate to replace one I had scratched. This one is an exact replacement.You can even use handle off the old plate.

Love the concept - love the finishes it applies; but the durability just isnt there. I had to level the bed several times to get a good layer - and during the autoleveling of the Adventurer 5 the both sides became scratched deeply leaving residue on the extruder and causing the print to fail. After a successful print where the diamond PEO was applied to the model - the next print was so out of level the extruder scratched the build plate all up in the center of it - very badly. Definitely not worth the money I paid - and its a shame because I wanted to try the holographic double sided one next. Ill try to switch print areas and see if leveling before every print helps - but I do not need to level my bed multiple times with the standard build plate - and the standard build plate does not become so badly marred from the process. The carbon fibre side also became terribly scratched from auto leveling. Disappointing.Edit: tried to level before a print and I dont know if its because the build plate is too soft or what - but the nozzle just ends up contacting the build surface regularly. Not sure if it is worth the effort to figure out whats going on as it is gumming up my nozzle with the particles its scrapping off the build plate.

Needed a spare plate for when the included one needed deep cleaning. The patterns clearly show up on the flat part of the print. Heat distribution is perfect and no unnecessary sticking. Rarely (if ever) needed to put anything (e.g.: adhesive) on plate to get print to stick. If you have an AD5M/AD5M Pro, this is a 'must get.'

If you order for a Adventure 3 lite just cut down to size and clip the plate on work exactly same and can’t beat $18 over the $40 Flashforge wants for the glass bed.

Right out of the box I levelled the bed with the plate at the proper temperature and resulted in the plate embedding with the filament and leaving this mark in it. It does not look like a scratch as the design still shows through the filament as you can see from the photo. All the other plates I have work flawlessly. I’m not the first reviewer to have this issue as I’ve read.

Nice transfer of image to the bottom of prints, also gave it a really nice glass like texture/feel to the bottom. Just make sure to keep it clean
