I use them to pigtail 12 and 14 gauge wires for outlets. These wire nuts appear high quality and hold wires securely. Winged nuts give you leverage on 12 gauge wires. Highly recommend pre twisting wires.

So just got the wire nuts and they are as described. Did a test set up of 4 #14 awg and wound up with no issues. Tried to pull the wire nut off to check the gripping force and they wouldn’t budge off. Not even a wiggle. So yes yes yes they are perfect. This is intended to wire outlets in my house which are 14 awg and for the price it’s a great investment for a do it yourself person.
