I have a feeling that I am just not good at bias tape. I tried to use this for a curtain edge and could not for the life of me get this to work. I am sure it was because it was so small but I coudl not get it to open up to get the fabric of the curtains inside without pining every ince it seemed like and then it was just so time consuming. If your project is a thicker, sturdy material then this would be good but I ended up just sewing it on one side without the opening and it looks fine but was not as intended. Quality seemed good.

This IDONGCAI Piping Trim Blue Bias Tape with Cord is premade cording with a fabric edge to sew into your projects. It is made of a somewhat shiny knit fabric. Although it is described as not stretchy, it is stretchy enough to bend and still look smooth. With cuts to the fabric it can go around corners and look good. For a 90 degree bend, two 45 degree bends with cuts were made. This can save time and effort over making cording yourself. It would be nicer if it came in more colors. This blue is a nice color and looks good. It was easy to sew through the fabric. The edges didn't fray.

I couldn't really see it in the photos online, but this piping is really quite shiny. I couldn't find anything online indicating what material it is made of, but I'm guessing it's nylon.The piping has a nice smooth feeling. I got it to make a nice edging on a sewing machine cozy, since I just paid over $100 to get my machine cleaned. But this piping is so nice it would be nice to use on a garment or other item that touches the skin.I also like the little plastic case that the piping comes in. I'm sure I'll find a great use for it after I use the piping.

I've always made my own piping, ran across this on vine and decided to give it a try. The 5 yards of piping is sewn with a much larger stitch than I would use, but the stitching is in a straight

This is a great piece of piping for brightening up my seam construction. I’m new to sewing machines and this is a perfectly priced item to practice with but is also good looking enough for a final piece. It comes neatly bound in a clear reusable plastic case for easy organizing too.

The piping comes in a cute little plastic box to keep it tidy and clean. I measured it and it appears to be a few inches over 5 yards. The piping looks nicely made and will be great to use to embellish sewing projects. The only thing I will caution is that the fabric that encapsulates the piping (the part that you see) is VERY shiny. From the pictures, I thought I was receiving a matte product, but it has a slinky and shiny appearance, almost like an evening gown fabric. This may be a plus for some customers, but wanted to advise for anyone who just goes from the pictures.
