This pack includes a tourniquet, splint, sterile 4" wide emergency bandage, gloves, a chest seal, reasonably sized wound dressings, sterile gauze packing for a bleeding puncture wound, good scissors and other things you might actually need from your car for a real emergency setting. You can add your own little things (aspirin, q-tips, antibiotic ointment, etc.) but remember the number of items in the pack you buy is less important than what the items actually are and how easily you can get to them. As I add additional important things that won't fit into this compact kit, like the CPR adult/child mask on order, and another elastic wrap, I'll transfer the most critical contents to a larger empty kit for the car, and this one will become my house 'owie bag' that furnishes comfort for the kinds of small injuries and irritations that are common at home.Note: the tourniquet included is not the official US military-approved NAR Cat-7. You may want to purchase that separately (also available on Amazon) for your kit so you can rely on its standards and quality if you ever have to use it. It costs more, but you may only get one chance to find out if the tourniquet you're carrying can be expected to save a life and not fail when it matters most.

This is an amazing kit to keep in your car, it has all the core items you’d want to have around if the worst happens.Grabbing this is a no brainer if you don’t currently have a kit if your vehicle. It’s compact and can save the life of yourself or someone else.

Purchased to keep in the trunk. Well stocked from the supplier and the red case makes it easy to find in the vehicle. Comes with everything you need for an emergency. Case seems to be constructed of good material and is holding up good.

Though kit did not arrive on time, it was an amazing purchase and I was so happy with it it negated it being a bit late. It had a great assortment of materials and they all were of quality for my use. Though a little bit big / bulky to carry it on a duty belt, it will work. It’s big enough for what’s needed which is more important than being compact.
