I searched for a light base for selenite tower crystals that have control capability. I like this one. You can brighten or dim the light. You can click with the center button to change colors and choose one color or have the colors change automatically. It's a very good item.

I purchased this as a base for a crystal gift for my wife. It’s easy to use and looks good. It’s not high end, but it does the trick. Plugs into standard USB port and the push button controls the lights. I can’t speak to the longevity, but the few times it’s been used, it works well.

I have a 4â€X4†glass cube with Christmas scene etched in it. All of the other light bases I’ve tried have been to small emitting very limited light. This base covers the entire cube. I would have liked something in writing regarding control of light - time span between colors (it seems to have variable speeds but I haven’t figured out how to make a selection!) it seems to be very well made and is atractive under the cube.

The light works well. It is nice to have a selection of colors and brightness. The overall brightness is good enough that I set the brightness down two levels for my application. My only complaint is that when you turn the power back on, it defaults to off, forcing you to cycle through the colors and set the brightness. I really wanted to put this on a smart plug, but that does not work.

This light base seems well-made and works as advertised. The wood is a nice contrast to the decorative glass globe I'm using it to display. This is an item I'll use from time to time, not lit every day, but my expectation is that the materials and construction will be reliable.

My etched glass looks pretty on it.. it has like six or eight different colors and also a setting to where it changes to all the different colors

Nice light but it shines through the crystal sphere and glows onto the ceiling. Unfortunately, it is brighter on the ceiling than the crystal - I'll find another use for it.
