I installed the ignition switch on my forklift. Worked as it should for about 4 weeks, then I had to rip the dam thing out as fast as I could. The starter was staying engaged in the run position or start position and off position. The plastic parts inside the switch broke, causing failure. Had to replace $160 starter and trashed my flywheel, which needs replaced soon. Product states long lasting, means a month as the warranty. No star review for Crap Crap Crap.

I used this switch as a starter switch for a Massey Ferguson 135 diesel. Only needed to wire the Bat terminal and the Start terminal. Worked great.

Disappointing DurabilityI recently purchased the Siasky 4 Position Universal Ignition Switch, hoping for a reliable and versatile solution for my vehicle. However, my experience with this product has been far from satisfactory.First and foremost, the build quality of this ignition switch is severely lacking. The materials used feel cheap and flimsy, giving the impression that they won’t withstand regular use. Unfortunately, this initial impression proved to be accurate, as the switch began to show signs of wear and tear within a short period. The most significant issue I encountered with the ignition switch was its alarming lack of durability. Within a few weeks of use, the switch began to malfunction, with some positions becoming completely non-functional. This rapid deterioration was disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering the importance of a reliable ignition system. While the Universal Ignition Switch may initially seem like a budget-friendly option, its cheap materials and poor durability ultimately make it a poor investment. I would strongly advise against purchasing this product, as it is likely to fail prematurely, leaving you stranded and frustrated. As a side note, I now only purchase these for temporary use in project cars to wire up a quick ignition system to get things started. Pun intended.

The back of the switch is held by 4 metal tabs. Those tabs were not properly crimped, the switch arrived in two pieces. I reassembled the switch and tightened the tabs. Now the key wouldn't turn. Internal tolerances of the switch would not operate when the back was securely fastened. The body of the switch needs to be about 1mm deeper for the internal rotary mechanism to function without jamming (which is probably why the metal tabs were loose from the factory. I threw it in the trash.

The product broke before I even got it installed. Had to fix it before I could use it. Delivery was good!
