Easy install. Connect your newly added LED daytime running lights, red to red, black to black, to output wires. Then input wires, red wire to positive, black to negative terminal on your battery. Start the car and see the light. Works prefect. Used for over a month now, no problems.Update: Has been working fine for over a year now.

Looks great...Super Fast Shipping...Fair Price. I would buy from iJDMTOY again...! iJDEMTOY folks are GREAT! I had a problem with this switch. First, it was shipped to me within 4-5 days which is unheard of. That was really nice for starters. This switch is super easy to install in between the actual DREL lights and a source for 12v power. I'm a total novice, can do a lot of things, but wiring has always scared me off a bit. I do it, and I do good, but I'm 65 now, totally disabled and getting up and into the tight spaces just doesn't work any more. I had a buddy of mine wire it for me and it took him about 15 minutes, start to finish. This Automatic DRL Switch WORKED PERFECTLY GREAT.....FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES! Then it shut the DRL's off. We started all over, verified everything was wired as it should be, all connections TIGHT, then tried it again after shutting the entire system DOWN and OFF. It worked GREAT for about Two Minutes this time. Then, it did it again a third time so out she came. That's when I emailed iJDMTOY. I emailed them at about 11pm that night and when I got up in the morning, I had a REPLY from them. Discussed problem and it was suggested they mail me a USPS Postage Paid "Coupon" to print and put on the return package. The didn't send me one, as other companies have done before and takes 4-6 days. No, they emailed me an attachment with the label in the attachment. I just made a print of it and it only took me a minute to put the "Switch" in the package they originally sent me, tape the mailing label to the front and put out in m mailbox to be picked up the very next day. I live in "Small Town USA and the Postal folks are proud to say that their mail only takes "A day or two extra..." to make it to our mailboxes or PO Boxes at the P.O. itself. So, to see a credit applied to my account in about 4, maybe 5 days TOPS, was terrific. The only reason I gave this critique 4 Stars is because the item itself was faulty. Probably One in a Thousand but I'm the one who got it...Figures...lol For iJDMTOY Auto Accessories, and the employees there, I give a HUGE 5 Star Rating! Thanks guys!! Ken j. I have been using it for a couple of weeks on a Renaul Koleos 2015 and it works without a problem. It's important that you have healthy car battery and test that when your car is on, the voltage of the battery is over 13 volts, and that when your car is off, the voltage goes below 13v.

After first installing it, and testing it out, it worked beautifully, shutting off after 15 seconds like the description says. However, the following day, I go for a test drive for about an hour, I shut off the engine, lock my car and go inside. After about 10 minutes, MY LIGHTS ARE STILL ON. So in order to prevent my battery from dying, I had to disconnect it.

The dedicated DRL lights only turn on when I turn on the headlights. Not when I turn on the ignition like advertised. It took time/wire/fittings to get it all installed so I’m going to keep it. But it’s not what they advertised

they were very easy to hook up and look great, and they show up very well even on sunny days I used the auto on/off switch they come on when you start up your car and stay on till you shut off the key and they look great a night and can be seen from a long way off.

This device sounds like a great idea. Our customer asked us to install it on his Porsche 964 for his new Singer like headlights he supplied the device to us. The device seemed to work well for a couple days. During that time my buddy at work asked me to get him one so we asked him for a link to it on Amazon. So I ordered it for him, which is the one a got off Amazon, and he installed it. He told me the device was not turning off his led day time running lights no mater how low the voltage got. Soon after we found the customer lights were intermittently draining his battery as it was wired to battery power per instructions and was still on at 11.78 volts. See photo. So 2 of 2 bad is very poor odds.
