I have a 1994 Fender Stratocaster "Squier Series" guitar. I thought this would fit. There are the correct number of holes but they don't all line up. What I ended up doing was lining up the top tree holes and then I have to re-drill the remaining holes to make it fit. Additionally, I had to cut away a bit around the bridge to make it fit. The guard looks good and quality seems good but just be careful and know you might have to make some adjustments. I didn't care too much because it was an old guitar but I would have been upset if I had to drill into a more expensive one. Also THERE ARE TWO PICKGUARD COVERS ON THIS. I saw some reviews saying they removed the pickguard cover and then the pickgaurd started bubling after a week. For some reason there are two covers on this. Remove both and you'll be all set.

I had seen some other reviews mentioned that the holes didn't quite line up, but they lined up perfectly with my MIM Stratocaster. Felt like a nice solid piece of equipment, bolted in nicely accepted all of the original hardware, and I think it looks great with the purple! Great experience, quick shipping, I really like the special look that it gives my guitar

Loojed like decent quality but didn't use it, color didn't work for my Strat. Didn't check hole alignment.

I loved everything about this the only thing is the pickup mounting holes need to be counter sunk so the screws fit flush . But that was an easy fix… looks great and the fit was perfect

Good quality product that made a big change in the looks of an old Strat I bought at a yard sale. Now I have the Gray Guitar I wanted.

I'm building a custom Stratocaster, and I had bought a "White Moto" pickguard from Fender along with some of the parts I needed. When I saw this IKN pickguard later I bought it, thinking the "aged pearl" color may fit my build better. Of course, with the off-brand selections there's always the chance that it won't fit just right.Well, it fits. With the two pickguards pressed up against each other, all of the holes are perfectly lined up. You can see in my pictures that the shape is very slightly different around some of the corners, but the important thing is that the screw holes line up. It also looks like the pearl effect is slightly less intense on the IKN versus the Fender pickguard. It's not a huge difference though , and no one will be able to tell unless they do a side by side comparison. Both are shielded, which is nice. The IKN is very slightly thinner, measuring 0.09 inches in thickness compared to the Fender which is 0.1 inches. It's a very small difference that you can barely tell when you're holding them, but is impossible to see.Finally, the price. Sure, you could say the Fender is marginally better. But it costs $50. It's certainly not THAT much better. My next project will be a Telecaster, and I'll be getting an IKN pickguard without question.

Got this pickguard to spiff up my new Fender Strat. 2 weeks after removing the protective cover it slowly started to bubble and now it's getting worse by the day. To be fair this is the first and only pickguard purchase from this company so maybe it's an anomaly but I would steer clear! This guitar has never left my humidity controlled room so it's definitely the workmanship. The fit wasn't bad, had to drill a couple of new holes for the backplate but when making modifications, using off brands, it can be a crapshoot. I will not make any future purchases from this company :(

Holes lined up perfectly on the rear panel and nearly perfectly for the pickguard on my Squire 40th Anniversary Edition Gold Strat. Only 1 hole on the pickguard was slightly off but it was good enough for the screw to go in without drilling a new hole. Good quality and looks great, does not feel cheap either.Would buy this again before spending double the price on a true fender brand pickguard.

Beautiful scratchplate. Sadly the back panel didn't fit correctly, as I own an older model Squier strat, but I didn't think it would anyway. Fitted snuggly with just one screw hole being slightly misaligned but apart from that, great product and I'm happy with how it looks!

Beautiful scratchplate which has really set off my black Strat. All holes lined up and virtually no fettling required. Excellent value.
