As an entertainment rigger I need to finalize the height of truss regularly. This is the easiest tool for the job. I don't need a stick, or to get on the floor for an accurate reading. Does imperial and metric. First impressions are great.

The dual laser measuring tool has some useful features. I like that fact it can also measure the up or down angle. I just wish it was brighter. I tend to have to wait until close to sundown to use it, or use it on a cloudy day.

Nice little tool, not what I expected and I should have done my homework. It has a ton of features, what I did not give a second thought to was it capable of being used in conjunction with a green laser receiver…answer is no. It has tripod mounts which allows me to verify distance between two stationary point…this tool would be a big asset if could be utilized with receiver. I’ll keep it in my indoor tool bag…I need multi-use items this useful for large indoor projects.

When ordering this I was mildly skeptical of quality and usefulness. However I was pleasantly impressed by its accuracy and usefulness. When making a specific request for a PDF manual over the weekend, they provided one on a Sunday no less. Quite impressive!

I really like this unit for measuring inside, I have found it to be accurate and easy to use. It does not work as well in the bright Florida sun, but if you need indoor measurements, it is perfect.
